Quercetin to help manage Covid?

New studies are showing that a simple substance called Quercetin that is present in a lot of foods has been shown to be effective in managing Covid's ability to attach to the body. Essentially in short term, it blocks the body's receptors to the virus.

The articles are not completely clear on the effectiveness rates but they do talk about how Quercetin has been used to treat other respiratory diseases.

Quercetin can be one more tool to help you as you wait for your vaccine!

I would think beings it blocks the virus's ability to attach to the body, it would make logical sense that it would also affect the vaccine's ability. If you choose to take any supplements, it is worth speaking with your doctor to determine if it is the right approach for you.
